Last FM is a music application that allows you to:

• Generate a playlist from the bands/music listed in your profile.
• Load your music profile from Last.fm account.

Last.fm is a great value. Last.fm delivers music to your profile page based on your interests and other bands you like. Very accurate, and a great way to discover new bands that play the style of music you like.

Pros

Displaying similar artists based on your music profile works really well, based on our tests.

Cons

Song load time in player seems slow, often. It’s not a deal-breaker, but can be a nuisance.

Summary

This application isn’t necessarily useful for personal listening, as the Last.fm standalone player already works great, but this application gives your friends a great idea of the type of music you are into. Last.fm application is a great way to see what bands your friends are listening to.
